CRYOGAUGE 242 Telemetry Liquid Level Gauge

The CryoGauge 242 provides reliable and accurate determination of liquid levels for most non-conducting fluids. The gauge is particularly suitable for use with liquid nitrogen, argon, oxygen and carbon dioxide. Designed for use in pressurised cryogenic vessels, the gauge can be used as a stand-alone device or linked to a telemetry module to provide remote monitoring of liquid levels.

The CryoGauge 242 is designed to allow the user to monitor liquid levels both locally or remotely as desired. A range of options are available to incorporate local alarms at pre-set levels, connection to in-house BMS systems, remote display at a point away from the vessel or pro- active interrogation of liquid levels by the user using a mobile phone. Data can also be accessed via the internet to keep records of liquid levels and alarm activity.

Key Features
  • High impact resistant polycarbonate housing and stainless steel probe that can be sited externally (IP67).
  • Probe easily fitted into pressure vessels, tested to 1000psi.
  • Optional vessel fittings available to suit most vessel types.
  • Powered by internal battery with display showing level inside vessel at all times, no need to press a button to read level or by low voltage source if connecting to remote units.
  • Easy to read digital meter with lightweight compact gauge head attached to stainless steel probe. Remote panel mounted gauge head provided for larger vessels.
  • Option for low level alarm facility and remote display (CryoGauge 242 Repeater) allowing monitoring at up to 100m from the vessel on site.
  • Option for telemetry allows completely flexible monitoring away from site & internet level monitoring. SIM card owned and controlled by the user. Facility to dial in by the users and receive text message of vessel liquid level & alarms.
