Road Tanker

Cus­tom built cryo­genic road tankers both rigid and semi trailers with mul­tiple options for capa­city, run­ning gears, work­ing pres­sures. Other options can include multi compartment tanks particularly suited to rural remote locations where small volumes are required of differing products.

 

Cabinets and pumping arrangements can be designed to suit customers specifications and requirements. We manufacture our road tankers with emphasise on tare weights and performance with many innovative weight savings incorporated without affecting the performance or durability of the vehicle.

 

Examples of  Vehicles completed:

Cryo­genic semi trailer with cus­tomer spe­cified tank, SAF drum braked axles, air suspension and carbon steel or stainless steel sub chassis. Tanker con­fig­ur­a­tion includes rear cab­inet, vapour­isers, vapour­iser guards, all elec­trics and light­ing, paint­work, cus­tomer logos and decals. Full engin­eer­ing design review and ADR/TPED approval.

Rear Cabinet includes roller shutter door. Safety features include brake interlock to prevent drive away situations and high level lamp clusters.

Smaller vessels can be mounted to customers chassis to suit many applications.
